Telephone Support

Our user friendly hot line service has a team of dedicated technical support staff with specific computer support roles including the general areas of computer hardware systems software, networks or communications.

The technicians have access to all the latest information on computer support and maintenance, much of which is provided by the manufacturers and is not publicly available. In addition our own database of fixes and faults is continually compiled, which together with our Intelligent Help Desk software allows us to solve approximately 3/4 of the received computer repair calls without a technicians visit being required.

Our computer technicians are certified by all the relevant manufacturers and are available as standard on our hotline from 9.00 am to 5.30 pm.


Customers can log a call with Call Control

Customers can phone call control on 020 8350 1420. All calls will be logged on our Helpdesk database and calls will be answered either by email or telephone as soon as possible. Please note that all calls will go into a queuing system and will be dealt with in turn, however calls from contracted customers or via the premium rate telephone line will take precedence.


Customers can log a chargeable call

Customers who are unable to wait for an engineer can log a chargeable call on 020 8350 1420. A minimum charge will be levied allowing your call to move to the front of the queue. Please contact Call Control for more details

Customers can call on the Premium Rate Support Line

An alternative to the chargeable call system is to call the Premium Rate Support Line. Customers can call on 0906 7060220 and speak DIRECTLY to an engineer. Please note that calls cost 50p per minute and may be recorded for training purposes.
